Compassion through Awareness Workshops™
The Centres
This workshop is for people with a basic understanding of the nine types. You do not need to know what your type is in order to attend.
The three centres are heart (emotion), mind (thought), and belly (doing). We each have a preferred centre, an auxiliary centre and a repressed centre. Understanding these, helps us to respond to the world in a more balanced way, to have compassion for the difficulties we experience.
Meditation, presentations and experiential exercises will enable you to deepen your appreciation of the Enneagram.
Subtypes
This workshop is for people with a basic understanding of the nine types, and know what their type is.
There are three subtypes to each of the nine types: One to One, Social and Self-Preservation, giving a total of twenty seven subtypes.
The day will be divided into meditation, presentations, and experiential exercises.
Introduction to the Enneagram
This introductory workshop will introduce you to the nine types, the emotional and mental habits that underpin them, and help you to discover your type.
Experiential exercises will focus on each type’s response to the world. Presentation of the types will include videos of exemplars talking about their particular slant on the world, through their understanding of the Enneagram.
Meditation exercises will run through the day.
